Fresh Bulk Orders of Mushrooms & Microgreens starting in November 2026! (Regional Shipping to GA, AL, KY, TN, LA, NC, SC, FL)

With a solar-supplemented, controlled-environment system and a species-specific process for everything we grow — not one-size-fits-all.

We combine renewable energy with documented, repeatable growing processes — the discipline of a lab applied to a grow room.

We ship in paper cartons and bio-wrap instead of plastic, run on solar-supplemented power, and grow using organic practices throughout.

Freshness starts the moment we harvest — literally. Every package is dated with the actual harvest date, not a generic pack date, so you always know exactly how fresh what you're holding is. Before anything is packaged, it goes through a thorough post-harvest sanitation process, so what leaves the farm is clean as well as fresh. From there, it ships in packaging built to protect that freshness — paper cartons and bio-wrap instead of plastic — all the way to your door.

Sustainability runs through the whole operation, not just the packaging. We run on solar-supplemented power and grow using organic practices throughout. Growing byproducts get composted rather than thrown out — some of that compost goes right back into our own soil, and the surplus is available for sale, so nothing goes to waste on either end. Extra mushrooms that don't move fresh get dehydrated instead of discarded, extending their shelf life rather than letting them go bad. And everything ships in paper cartons and bio-wrap, not plastic.

Consistent quality, order after order, because every batch is grown to a documented process rather than instinct alone.

This one goes both ways — we're not just looking for customers, we're looking for ways to be a good neighbor. If you're part of a local school, food bank, community garden, farmers market, or organization and think Golgi Roots Farm could support what you're doing, reach out. We'd rather hear the idea directly from you than guess at what your community actually needs.

Yes — bulk orders ship regionally to Georgia, Alabama, Kentucky, Tennessee, Louisiana, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Florida, starting November 2026.

We grow using organic practices from start to finish — no synthetic pesticides, no synthetic fungicides, and inputs chosen for the health of the crop and the soil, not for convenience.

Not at this time — we're focused on production, not programming. What we do offer is Agricultural Processes & Streamline Consulting: if you're a grower or agricultural operation looking to build the kind of documented, repeatable systems we run here, that's a conversation worth having. It's less classroom, more working session — focused on your actual operation, not a general curriculum.

Let's Start the Conversation

Not sure which of these fits what you need? That's fine — most good partnerships start with a question, not a signed order. Whether it's a standing wholesale account, a bulk order for your kitchen, or a farm that's ready to stop running on guesswork, reach out and tell us what you're working with. We'll take it from there.
