Fresh from our grow rooms and always changing. Your box is filled with the mushrooms that are at their best on the day we pack it. The total weight always matches your level, 2 lb, 3 lb or 4 lb. The varieties and the weight of each one change from delivery to delivery, and not every variety is in every box. We keep your boxes balanced as much as we can, so that over time you try every variety in your level.
