Amaranth has been cultivated for thousands of years across the Americas, valued both as a grain and as a leafy green long before it became a favorite among modern microgreen growers. Amaranth microgreens carry that ancient lineage forward in a leaf washed in deep magenta and bronze tones.


Flavor Profile & Texture

The flavor is mild and earthy with a faint sweetness, gentle enough to blend into almost any dish without overpowering it. Texturally, the leaves are delicate and slightly velvety, small and rounded, offering more visual drama than crunch.
